Verify layout/caps lock. If forgotten, reset the app (doesn’t affect on-chain funds). Re-add accounts with your device—never type the recovery phrase on your computer.
USB/Bluetooth not recognized
Swap cable/port, close other crypto apps, update Ledger Live and firmware, toggle Bluetooth and re-pair on mobile.
Portfolio won’t load after login
Hit Sync, install the right coin app on device, and add accounts again if needed.
